The Media Kit ($29) gives you 3 Sponsor Sheet designs with Canva templates, a pricing guide, and strategy guides. The Pitch Kit ($69) adds 5 matched local leads (one-time delivery), 5 Media Sheets with ROI stats for each business type, ready-to-send emails, and an NIL agreement template.
What are Media Sheets?
Media Sheets are industry-customized versions of your Sponsor Sheet. Each business category (restaurants, gyms, auto shops, retail, etc.) gets a version with stats showing why athlete partnerships work for that type of business. When you pitch a gym, send the fitness Media Sheet. When you pitch a restaurant, send the dining Media Sheet. It shows them why this works for their business.
Can I edit the Sponsor Sheets?
Yes. You get Canva template links so you can update your photo, stats, or info anytime without coming back to us. Your follower count changes? Update it yourself in 2 minutes.
How do you find the leads?
We maintain a Local Sponsor Database for each city and refresh it bimonthly. We pull candidates from multiple sources, then score and verify them. We prioritize businesses already sponsoring sports locally, businesses with clear marketing activity (recent paid ads, active promotions, sponsorship history, hiring for marketing roles), and businesses likely to benefit from local visibility. We exclude chains with no local decision-maker and businesses in banned NIL categories.
What makes a lead "qualified"?
Each lead includes: a verified open business, a decision-maker contact (owner, GM, or marketing manager) with a verified working contact path (email or contact form), and a fit reason explaining why they're a good match for athlete partnerships.
Are these leads exclusive to me?
No — they come from our Local Sponsor Database. But your 5 leads are matched to your specific profile (sport, location, audience), so different athletes get different matches. This is a one-time lead delivery; you don't get ongoing database access.
How fresh are the leads?
Our database refreshes bimonthly. Your 5 leads are pulled and verified at time of order. If a lead bounces or the business is closed, we replace it within 14 days of delivery.
What counts as a "bad lead" for the guarantee?
If a lead's email bounces, the business is closed, or the contact is no longer there — we replace it within 14 days. We don't replace leads just because they didn't reply.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 48 hours of completing your intake form.
Do I need a lot of followers?
No. Local businesses want local reach, not follower counts. An athlete with 2,000 engaged local followers is more valuable to a local business than someone with 100K followers spread across the country. Our Starter Strategy Guide covers exactly how to position your local value.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you start with the Media Kit and want to add leads later, just reach out and we'll credit your purchase toward the Pitch Kit.
What about my school's NIL rules?
Always check your school's NIL policy and prohibited business categories before signing any deal. We provide the tools — you're responsible for staying compliant with your program.
